I am a person who believes that everyone has good intentions and a desire to live their dreams.

My dream was to explore new countries, different cultures and have an international career. So, I did that and work is still in progress!

I moved out of my comfort zone, became an expat. Over the last 6 years, I have lived and worked in five countries on three different continents, working in corporate HR leadership roles and meeting lots of new people from different cultures. Then a time came, while also building a family, where I wanted to take the next challenge and make a bigger  impact. I decided to leave the corporate world and start my own business as a coach. Then, just at that moment when I was about to start my new path, change occurred again in my life and I and my family moved to Africa. In Ghana I went through some major personal changes. I reviewed my values, listened to my heart and found my life purpose ,of which one of them is about Coaching.

I hold a BSc. Diploma in Psychology and have over 20 years of work experience in corporate life as a Human Resources leader within large international companies. Since 2019 I am a professional Career & Leadership Coach. My coaching portfolio is very diverse, no borders matter... However my niche area is people living/willing  an Expat career.

I am originally from Izmir region in Turkey but I describe myself as a world citizen. I am happily married with my Dutch husband and we are raising our cross cultural child, and co-parenting two of my husband’s children, while living in the Netherlands.

As a “borderless” coach, I will be more than happy to coach you in your career, to create and evoke your transformation or help you on the journey that you are about to go on !
